Always under the gun to get orders out (salespeople at fault), collective punishment for the bad actions of an individual, training by other operators is lackluster, lack of disciplining problem employees on 1st shift is common, non-applicable training modules every month only add to the list of pointless hurdles. Pay could be better, and the same job in another region doesn't pay the same. A job is a job, but it should be the same pay scale no matter where you work.
