      Pros

      Very fair company to work for. Pay is fair- Paid time off off is great (1 week every 6 months) aggressive pay raises first couple years and insurance is cheap.

      Cons

      Hot in the summer-they do provide Gatorade, cold in the winter. Work can be physically demanding.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
