      Good company to work for, good pay and Benefits. Pretty flexible when it comes to hours you wanna work (start time etc.)

      Cons

      Not Much Room For advancement. Your retirement or 401k sucks. Not much paid time off compared to other companys in the industrie.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
