Job Causes Me Panic Attacks - Customer Care Representative Alta Resources Employee Review

Terrible training, No communication, Terrible team leads, Bad Op Systems, Angry Customers. Your co-workers are as miserable as you, if not, there is something wrong with them. Every call taken is from a customer who been cut off, (hung up on,) been put on hold forever, could not get an intelligent answer from the last rep they spoke to, or has been waiting for a call back from a case manager. Either there are not enough case managers, they are just inept or they don't care. Employees dress like they're going to the beach or a rap concert. I fear for my safety in the parking lot. Otherwise it's phenomenal.
