Social Media Specialist - Social Media Specialist Alta Resources Employee Review

I expected going into this job to be working towards creating content on Social Media, I was misled on what the job would entail. Social Media Specialist is a kind way of saying customer service on Facebook. You respond to complaints all day and you do not get to use much, if any, creativity. If you need a job for money, this job is for you but if you are looking for a career I would not recommend Alta. Also, if you are a hard worker you aren't rewarded very much. If you slack in your work, nothing happens to you and you are still paid the same as everyone else even for doing significantly less work.
