Pros
A great place to gain experience in customer service.
Cons
Call Center environment and very little is done to assure that employees are given proper equipment to circumvent the health risks inherent to such an environment. (i.e. must request an ergonomic assessment, have to use reams of paper as a riser for your monitor, poor quality telephone headsets, etc.) Leadership within teams is practically a caste system. Phone reps treated like chattel.
