Management disingenuous and mistrustful. More talk than action. Hire and fire the norm. Pay increases rare unless you advance. If you don't have a desire to advance you won't last. "Advanced" people arrogant and stand-offish. "Groupthink" the norm. Management can treat workers like grade-schoolers. Everything except taking calls on your time. Benes are minimal.
