Pros
The place is filled with opportunity and great fun people. There are many different teams at ALTA and many of them are constantly hiring. The supervisors - Program Directors- are friendly and helpful and help bridge the gap between client and Alta employee. Alta has an in house training for all programs and a great sales tool they teach all sales people.
Cons
The wages here are below subpar. This is a customer service place of employment. Sometimes they are inbound calls and some positions are outbound calls. However there are some positions at ALTA that require a higher level of skill and knowledge and they still pay the same amount as those in a care position. ALTA does have many Sales positions available as well. However these positions do not pay well and many times the incentives do not make up for the amount of effort required to meet metrics. All of the Account Manager positions require a Bachelors degree and even though someone may have the skills and knowledge to do the job. If you don't have the bachelors degree you will not even get an interview.
