Pros
Co-workers are really what keep my going here. They are fun, and the job itself is okay. Paid holidays, PTO is decent, benefits are good enough with health, vision, dental, and 401k! Sometimes we have potlucks and catered food. Management is very flexible with letting you have a day-off if you let them know in a reasonable amount of time. Work balance is also very great, especially with a gym and a basketball court at the workplace.
Cons
Managers are mostly dismissive, and only talk to you when they need something. Very rarely do they come and talk to you (unless your best friends with them) and ask how you're doing and take the time to get to know you. Also pay is low, which factors to the morale of most of the employees.
