company doesn't care about the employees, managers are never available to take escalated callers, reps are verbally abused by customers and expected to deal with it, there are never real solutions to customers problems which makes your scores go down due to you not providing the customer a solution because due to company policy you CANT. Trying to get medical leave off for something that will save your life, will get you fired.
