Started great but slowly went down hill. - Customer Care Representative Alta Resources Employee Review

(in regards to the company I worked for within Alta:) The company keeps growing and as time went on, the workers were getting less and less from the job. The pay did not match up to the work load. I feel as the company grew, the employees slowly received less attention. Not much room for advancement.
