Pros

Flexibility in scheduling on some teams. You’ll be so poor you won’t be able to afford a car, gas or insurance working here BUT they do have bike racks!!!

Cons

It’s a never ending list: Not a living wage. Requires 2+ jobs to survive and pay rent at the cheapest, crappiest dump in town. Poor Management with a focus on growing only one mans wealth. Employees are treated like rats in cages, with very few breaks. If you have a weak bladder, look elsewhere. Bathroom breaks are scarce and looked down upon. You have a handful of minutes (5) to use the bathroom ALL day. What?!? My kindergarten teacher was more reasonable!!! Cafeteria food is terrible, and more importantly extremely unaffordable on the wages this man pays. You will be charged to park a car you can’t even afford. That’s legit. Even though you can’t physically afford a car, gas, etc, these people are going to take $6 every check to cover “parking”. Employees have absolutely no value at all. Bonuses, Incentives, etc are non-existent. This delusional CEO thinks you owe him gratitude for providing you with this horrible “job”, never will this company express gratitude to you for working their crappy job! Honestly, I can’t think of a single worse employer. Sure you might get weekends off, but is that really a trade-off for alllllll the negative?! A gas station, restaurant, or retail establishment will pay just as much starting with the same benefits. Any single person who has any kind of work ethic will do MUCH better for themselves at any one of those types of establishments. Do you need more?! I certainly could keep going.

Dress code. Program directors who care.

Many new hires were paid more per hour than many of us that were there for years. Insurance was not very good.
