Pros
The facilities are nice, training on going, benefits are reasonable, regular feedback. Held people responsible for attendance, which is only fair to other workers. I would rate the company higher overall, but the nicest call center job is still a call center job, with the pressure that goes with it. The same environment in another industry would have 4-5 stars.
Cons
Because it's a call center, most jobs are CSRs and there is a limit to advancement. Some supervisors are nicer than others. One had a reputation for favoritism, which stood out only because others did not.
