Pros
Flexible schedule, great co-workers, decent pay, fun and relaxed environment, some good perks
Cons
Very repetitive, and it seems you have to answer to the company in which you are doing the customer care for. You are trained to do the process in which they request, yet they questions almost every move you make or request and seem to not like being bothered with customer requests, even though it is their job to do so at times! They train you but when you make a mistake one time, for doing what you were trained to do, they have to let you go because it is up to the client they have that you are doing the customer service role for. Which I think is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you are not allowed to make one mistake in being there for two months, how does ALTA expect to keep any employees. They will and I am sure do have a high turnover rate. And what are you supposed to do if your Manager is always gone and never around to ask him questions. Good riddance I am no longer working with Alta.
