You will be asked to work and help with different things not within your role with no benefit to you. Horrible pay and no monetary incentives. PTO is average and health insurance is expensive. Management truly doesn't care and the higher ups above that care even less. You may see an issue or something that can be improved, but it doesn't matter. Your voice will not be heard. They don't value their employees and their work. They definitely think everyone is replaceable. They had their most profitable year and the annual raise was 2%. Look elsewhere.
