Pros
It is hard to come up with a 20 word minimum to discuss the pros. They talk about advancement and they talk about the option to transfer, but none of those exist. There is a reason there is a 30-40% turnover rate. They offer a steady paycheck and passable insurance.
Cons
I hope you like answering phones, because that is the only thing you will ever do, unless your boss likes you. Everyone on my team either got fired or quit, because they never allowed anyone to transfer. Multiple complaints were made to HR about our team lead, and nothing was ever done. Right now they are dicking me about my insurance. After my surgery, they have to give the ok for insurance to pay the bill. They waited 2 months, so I had to pay out of pocket for everything until that time. Now they are claiming funds spent on my FSA card, because when I put in my 2 week notice, they asked me not to come back into finish the week. I would not wish this company on my worse enemy.
