Toxic - Warranty Specialist Alta Resources Employee Review

Alta is the single most toxic workplace I've ever worked. They care VERY little for the general population of employees. Using things like pay disadvantages, no pay raise for moving to different positions or tiers. They take advantage of hard workers by not giving them pay raises moving between tiers. They use shift bidding to keep you under their thumb with no regard to family life or work balance. Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE place to work if youre a mom or dad or family oriented person. As well the absolute lack of humanity they breed under their corporate lies and jargon is terrible. They tell you one thing and do another. Thats not to mention the leaders there. Its literally supervisor roulette. You dont have leaders you have mostly bosses and managers who do not want anything to do with you or your work related issues. Theyre constantly too busy to have time for any of your work related issues. Theyre toxic, narcissistic, and two faced. Alta is high school re-imagined.
