Pros
Many years spent with this company and the only good came from talking to coworkers that were also frustrated with management. Basically I felt like a prisoner and had to make friends with other inmates.
Cons
Very low pay for this industry. A simple search will find you better pay. No attention from management for top performers. They will tell you to slow down if you overachieve. It is not rewarded. Weekly meetings waste hours of time and you are expected to pick up all the slack every week after meetings while everyone clocks out for lunch so they dont have to. Zero accountability from leadership. Promises made and broken constantly. Want to move up? Good luck. Theyll offer you a "promotion" but it doesnt ever come with a raise (I was given approximately a dollar raise in 4 years) and comes with being on call 24/7 for NO RAISE IN PAY and NO TITLE CHANGE! Basically steer clear of this company and save your time. Don't be fooled by the job title either. You're going to be copying and pasting your replies. No room for creativity whatsoever.
