Cons
Pay is below average in the market for several employees. There is also an opportunity for them to ensure that equity across tenured employees is balanced to new hires brought into the organization at higher wages to meet labor cost demands. The organization also does offer health insurance but the plan it expensive with benefits that leave a lot to be desired.
