Pros
Store leaders pay ranges from 80k-120k (1-2m 80k, 3-4m 100k,4m+ 120k), good pay if sacrificing the rest of your life is worth it. If you're a workaholic you might think this is perfect for you, but absolutely no time for outside life and DL will question your scheduling abilities if you schedule yourself off more than one day. If any opportunities arise within your store and you aren't in the building they question your skills and are quick to be demeaning and unprofessional towards both yourself and your teams.
Cons
Conversations are very unprofessional, our DL frequently curses nearly every other word during company calls weekly. DL has absolutely no filter towards SL or other leaders in your building, There is a clear difference between being constructive with your feedback and promoting growth and change through coaching and just completely disrespecting individuals with rude comments, curse words, and almost catty-like engagements. Never have I experienced the disrespect myself, the district, and store teams faced coming from your "leaders". They don't uphold "stand out for good" in any way, shape, or form. Very disappointing. Volunteer opportunities are scarce-- despite vetting organizations and completing company forms to approve associate time, rarely will you or your team have the opportunity to invest in your community and make a difference as stated within company values. With salary compensation being as it is, they gaslight you into believing you are "paid more than enough" to take on any and all additional requirements. Company does not have a sound or in place structure for any operational points and you will be held accountable to "figuring it out" because you are "paid enough", no support on upholding or figuring out effective processes or strategies. Company changes mind on "ideas" every other month. They have no idea how to effectively run a large business and outside of all of the internal flaws and opportunities--a quick look into their return/exchange policy will tell you all you need to know.
