Pros
Pay is ok, if you get hours. Free coffee and soft drinks.
Cons
Very cliquish. Some nice people work there, but don't be fooled by the ones who act nice then talk behind your back. Unfortunate that those people are in a sort of management positions (QC) who will make things up about you if they don't like you. Unrealistic demands put on employees, then if you are off time on your procedures because of it, it looks bad on you. If a volunteer says something negative about you, you can be written up and/or fired without you even getting a chance to say your side, even if they lied. Horrible communication between departments and employees. You might be "full time" but only get 15-20 hrs/week. Certain management personnel say they will back you up in a situation but then will leave you hanging. Lots of favoritism shown across the board. If you are the type willing to brown-nose to get along, then you'll do fine, however if not, then good luck, you'll need it.
