Pros
I have been working at Vince and Associates Clinical Research, Inc. for almost four years. I have seen the company continuously grow and change into what it is now. There is huge potential for promotion and personal growth working at this company. Every day is a positive challenge and there is always room and acceptance for new ideas regarding change and development.
Cons
The only negative is that there is a constant need for productivity. It is not an environment that produces widgets.
