Loss of morale. No motivation. No appreciation. Pettiness. Ignorant Favouritism. Division. Work was repetitive, non stimulating, heavy. Schedules are disagreeable. "Flexibility" is in the terms of the company's desires such as, you know when you will start but won't know when you'll finish . Your personal time is taken up ALL the time and you're not being paid fairly for the sacrifice.
