Pros
Excellent interactions with colleagues. Excellent training (theoretical and practical). Management does take the time to listen to analysts to find ways to make our job easier.
Cons
High tunover rate. Probably because the salaries could be higher, especially for the stress level of the job. Expect to do a lot of overtime, and to be pushed into new roles quickly, which I guess is good if you want to be promoted fast, but is quite stressful.
