Stressful position - Clinical Study Manager Altasciences Employee Review

Manager were paid for 35hr /week but in practice they were all doing about 40 to 50 hrs. ( 5-15 hrs per week not only not paid but barely not recognized) Almost impossible to take back those lost hours. Everything falls on us (managers) Trust to be re-build. !
