Pros
Work ethic (especially nurses and safety officers) always top notch in most cases, employees often looked to help other staff and patients. Working with culinary services , Hvac, suppliers, and other vendors was innovative and they were willing to meet and discuss ways to improve or sustain their positive impact.
Cons
With a highly competitive and brand new clinic down the road, it was inevitable that several employees quit , went part time or lost interest in their work at Alta. Several outstanding study mangers, quality associates, clinic, screening, and lab staff left during my time. Training, janitorial, and scheduling in particular were always in Flux with no real direction or coordination of effort involved. The older building that housed most of the patients is in dire need of updates, whether it be beds, tv's, furniture, or entertainment options ( or lack therof)
