- low salary - not a lot of growth opportunity if you dont have a diploma in the field of Heath or research - the manager was toxic : passive agressive behavior towards the team and bullying one of the employee in front of everyone - not open to criticism - the buisness culture is boring (none existent) - the way they show their appreciation to the employee was ridiculus : sausage sandwichs and macaroni salad (if you are fully remonte you dont have anything, you have to show up yo the office to get a sandwich) - had to work in the office one day a week for the culture....
