Horrible management, no respect for employees - Participant Recruitment Agent Altasciences Employee Review

The worst management I have ever experienced. They do not even treat their employees like they are people. They allow employees to be verbally abused by participants because they do not care about the employees or the participants. You are forced to work overtime otherwise you are reprimanded. They sit in their offices all day talking with each other, ignore employees when they ask for assistance, do not answer emails or phone calls, lie to your face, and make the employees feel it is their fault that participants do not want to book certain studies. In interview they say this is not a soliciting job, but when participants call for a specific study they tell you to lie and tell them that study is not available and to "sell them" a different study because it will make them more money.
