Management has no idea what you're are doing and no idea how to fix a problem if it arises because management positions are normally filled by people who have recently graduated college. The best part is I have know someone to be a supervisor at Altec and had a degree in agricultural engineering. Also they can't schedule building the trucks very well and we always had to wait for parts to come in for 1 year I work 55+ hours a week and every Saturday because our plant was that far behind
