      Pros

      Great co-workers and family environment at the company. People truly care about their work and put lots of dedication into their craft. That feeling comes from the family owners at the top down.

      Cons

      Pay left some to be desired, but St. Joseph was a low cost of living city so that was to be expected

      Pros

      Company culture is good. Benefits are pretty good. Engineers that work there are all good people. And people outside your department are willing to help out when needed. Company is constantly growing in a market that doesn't have any decline in growth anytime soon, so job security is great.

      Cons

      Benefits are getting better but still not great. Working in an operations related role can be stressful, but it helps that the team is overall good to work with.
