      Pros

      Great family run business. Owners are genuine and interact with associates. Plant leadership not so much

      Cons

      Decisions are made in Silos. Young engineers are put in situations they are not ready for. Associate Morale is very low. Several department heads are on a power grab. Failure to recognize the good in people. Lots of Drama. Work family balance is skewed to the work side. Many things unethical do not get addressed.

      Pros

      Company culture is good. Benefits are pretty good. Engineers that work there are all good people. And people outside your department are willing to help out when needed. Company is constantly growing in a market that doesn't have any decline in growth anytime soon, so job security is great.

      Cons

      Benefits are getting better but still not great. Working in an operations related role can be stressful, but it helps that the team is overall good to work with.
