Very unorganized - Assembler Altec Industries Employee Review

Extremely COLD in warehouse and some people had fans on making others around them uncomfortable! VERY LONG HOURS, to the point of having no life due to tons of overtime, dont consider this job in Indianapolis unless you dont want to see your family but one day out the week! They only give you ONE 12 minute break and 30 minute lunch in a 8 hour day. Training is horrible! The assembly positions are more like mechanic positions because you will be routing wires under a truck and and dealing with schematics that are not very clear.
