Pros
Company puts in a lot of effort for its employees (family days, holiday gifts, after work activities, safety prizes). Company is all about change and continuous improvement.
Cons
Office life is cushy, relaxed atmosphere. The shop floor life seems completely opposite. Mandatory overtime (Saturdays) has been talked about numerous times. The company is unusually sensitive about attendance and monitoring their time clocks. Sometimes celebrations are held in the office for a "job well done" even though the people out on the shop floor are the ones that actually did the work. The rulebook seems to be more lenient for office associates
