      Co-workers are great, shop floor associates are easy to work, occasional travel opportunities to other plants, lenient on travel expenses

      Cons

      Expect to work Saturdays, no overtime pay, you will be given more than you can handle, typical work week is 55 hours, terrible work-life balanace

      Pros

      Company culture is good. Benefits are pretty good. Engineers that work there are all good people. And people outside your department are willing to help out when needed. Company is constantly growing in a market that doesn't have any decline in growth anytime soon, so job security is great.

      Cons

      Benefits are getting better but still not great. Working in an operations related role can be stressful, but it helps that the team is overall good to work with.
