Management is always in meetings and can’t answer your questions until hours later

PTO, hybrid work flexibility, wide variety of clientele

Frankly, toxic work culture - especially after the CinVen acquisition. Long hours (12 hrs becoming a regular thing), low pay, low raises (1.5% for 'above avg' review) laughable bonuses, outsourcing. In some instances, literally zero training to perform tasks outside of the normal scope of the job. "Figure it out, and if you are wrong, it's your fault" attitude. You will work more for less pay and you will still be berated on a daily basis for it. Not well respected outside of Europe, most people have never heard of it. In my experience, no "team culture" whatsoever.
