Pros
Honestly the only pros are if you’re on the northwell account. You basically are a northwell employee but without any of the northwell benefits.
Cons
No or low raises for 3 years outside of promotions, the 401k is 3% but that’s deposited once a year as a “bonus” and if you leave any time before that you lose out on it an any match. The vacation time is not great. 30 days after 5 years of employment. No sick time. Stock options aren’t there. We lost that when the company was sold. Upper management is not good. The ceo goes on long winded rants and stories that go no where, then sends out emails where there is always bad news buried somewhere in there. The last one that went out shared that we weren’t getting raises this year (again). The company
