Pros
•50% discount on in house products(most)
Cons
•leadership woefully inexperienced and it shows in most sop •cult-like “we’re a family” type atmosphere •unequal pay for the same role, in some cases a glaring difference •miserable leads who make it the rest of the staffs problem •leads actively talking about current events in that “we’re basically on the train to Auschwitz’s” •9 hour days with an hour lunch in the middle so as to not have to ever get near OT. Repeatedly told to always take more than an hour, never even a couple minutes less. •PPO is barely provided, and ineffectual for situations where it is actually necessary for the employee. Management continuously recommended “everyone here takes something daily, Claritin or the like” meanwhile at least 5 of 10 staff working directly with flower are actively having reactions throughout the day •after borderline forcing out the last employee of color, targeting the new employee of color repeatedly for things that weren’t an issue for any other employee •discount doesn’t apply to new genetics for weeks or months depending on their feelings
