Thanks for your feedback - your headline caught my eye with a possible reference back to Jim Collins' book "Good to Great." While we certainly are focused on making Alteryx a "great" place to work, I'm glad you're finding that the culture is driven by clarity of purpose and direction, supported by a commitment to learning and enablement. Thank you for the constructive feedback on the commission structure, as some of the changes rolling out this month to the sales team are designed to support attainability, competitiveness and support for career progression across the team.
