In terms of metrics, please reach out to you people leader and ask them to walk you through your team or department's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), as that is the first source of insight and guidance about where and how our teams are focusing their time. And within those OKRs, you are empowered and asked to craft your own to ensure that the ways you're contributing are best positioned to help us all achieve more for our customers!
