The company has also stood by employees during challenging times such as the pandemic and client downsizing situations. Employee policies are well defined, hybrid work is supported wherever possible, and there is a healthy startup-like culture. Certification courses fee reimbursement, referral incentives are too good. There is good focus on gender equality, regular feedback mechanisms, women empowerment initiatives, and CSR activities that actively engage employees. From my experience, employees in lower salary brackets are well taken care of, and deserving performers are recognized appropriately based on their contributions.
