I have been working with Altimetrik for the past 7 years as a Business Operations Manager, and it has truly been a great place to work. Recently, based on the Karnataka government policy, the company also introduced one day of menstrual leave per month for female employees, which reflects their supportive and inclusive work culture. The leadership team and HR are very approachable and always encourage employees to grow and move to the next level in their careers. This is one of the key reasons why many employees choose to build a long-term career with Altimetrik. From my perspective, I have not experienced any major cons so far.
