Pros
Very Good flexible environment. Lots of facilities - Gaming zone, free snacks etc Working on cutting edge technology. Listening ears Very friendly, team environment. Now, it started to value to employee that is improvement from startup culture. Able leaders Very easy to take leaves. Good exposure to client. Above average payment.
Cons
Previously there was heavy interference by client; which was disturbing. Now things are easing out. Job security was a concern, but it is same everywhere else. I see HR putting whole efforts in getting a person placed after release from one project. They don't want to ask resources to leave. It is always last option. But still if resource is not able to capture 3-4 chances provided to him after release; then no option. Few Clients
