Pros
Altimetrik has limited clients. As long as we are project/billing then we are safe. Once we move out of project then they ask us to sit in Playground where we have to learn all the technologies irrespective of our current holding skills. Basically Playground is for bench people. Until you are in some project no one will touch you.
Cons
If you are in bench they give you 3 client Interviews as a chances. If you fail in all those 3 interviews then you are in Big Big Big trouble. Later HR people come into picture and they play lot of dramas and ask you to relocate to some location. If you reject that offer then they ask you to relieve.
