      You will be safe if you are close to your managers. You will receive salary in the first week of every month

      Cons

      No opportunities They fire everyone from senior managers to developers for no reason Only politics No Projects & Prospects. They just like to hire people and make people sit idle and fire after some months. Sr. management works only for their benefits.
