Pros
Like all org across the spectrum, Altimetrik also comes with its bag of good, not so good and ugly. After working across multiple divisions- CTO office, Mobility and Strategic Accounts, the way i see Altimetrik is - Reap what you Sow and Take what you can handle. Senior Management is open on sharing companies strategic vision and path. They work closely to enable you to achieve professional goals. Most employees have come with wide and huge range of experiences. The company is open to strong criticism & feedback. The company provides an opportunity to every employee to scale up and take bigger responsibilities. It infuses the trust in people to take big leaps. The CTO Office is trying about to bring a "paradigm shift" (a phrase often used by our CTO) in the way IT Service providers are engaging with the business. With Capability Centers across Mobility, CE, Data etc, things are moving in the right direction as i see. For the some negative feedback on this forum- I don't have to defend Altimetrik. Just a food for thought to prospective colleagues- There are whiners everywhere. Do a subjective evaluation, walk in to our offices and speak to the people. You will get a better outlook. Salaries: Well as it goes, the more the better. Still Altimetrik might place you in the 75th percentile (my judgement) when it comes to compensation. HR: No comments here. This is one department which no employee ever endorses anywhere. I will also be a traditionalist and hence "No Comments" Work Life Balance: Well it goes like a sin curve. There are relaxed phases and there are tough timelines too. Work hours are flexible.
Cons
Nothing from cons per se, but the Employee policies could have been designed better . Law of Marginal Utility should be removed.
