As always we are happy to receive feedback through internal U&I engagement forums / social media. Altimetrik is young and growing and we are continuously finding opportunities to better ourselves in every aspect. We treat all our projects with the same rigor and use Agile methodologies to implement. Thus, the technology stack and the governance rigor for internal projects vs. client driven projects are one and same
Policies and practices are progressive and are continuously mapped for market best practices. To name a few, our leave policies are liberal, trust based and financially in favor of employee. Dress code policy is again very liberal and left to you for your judgement with a few pointers, Growth in terms of role and financials are less restrictive, Uncluttered compensation structure to ensure you have more cash in hand
As mentioned above, we are continuously finding opportunities to better ourselves and have our fair share of learnings to correct from. What we value most is Performance and ensuring there is enough and more opportunities that are given to employees before determining performance driven actions. We believe you are one such employee that left organization after having received ample opportunities for meeting the job requirements and did not scale up
