      1. Work life balance is really great. 2. Good projects with latest technologies, no legacy projects. 3. Managers are very friendly, No politics and micromanagement. 4. Always encourages to learn and helps in career growth. 5. You can easily reach top management and your concerns are actually listened. 6. Fully fixed pay no variable. Ps: I'm not working in client location

      Less onsite opportunities, Everything goof otherwise.
