Hopeless people managers and zero growth - Anonymous employee Altimetrik Employee Review

People management are worst. here are few management practices: No proper manager in my team, but one of our peer is nominated as SPOC for team(who is most corrupt in team). Interesting part is how they choose such lead/manager/spoc. they call whole team and propose that we need to one of you as the SPOC, irrespective to experience and seniority one person raise his hand first and decided to be the SPOC and given all the power of manager. later he control everything like who should be spot award, who will do which task, and enjoyed the freedom. At present perception of every person in team is that No one want to take big and challenging work, instead of actual work they polish their reports and try to show off as maximum as possible.
