      Pros

      Good company with good leaders. 70% of their job is to place their employees to their clients. Remaining 30% people are doing R&D in new technologies in the market like IOT, CLOUD, Mobile, etc. Leaders are more innovative and its a good place for innovators.

      Cons

      Company needs to grow across technologies.
