Pros

Opportunity to work with top-tier clients, which adds great value to your resume. Decent exposure to enterprise-level projects and technologies. Flexible working hours depending on the project/client. Onboarding and initial processes are smooth and organized.

Cons

Lack of support from Altimetrik management when dealing with issues at the client site. Client-side politics (especially in Hyderabad office) create a toxic environment — no protection or escalation path for employees. Employees are placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) without constructive feedback or proper reasoning. HR and delivery teams often side with the client even when the concerns raised are legitimate. Job security is poor if you're placed with a difficult client manager — no internal role transition options are provided.
